This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support a diverse district near Salem, OR, working district-wide to ensure students receive essential evaluations and continued care. With a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you will make a positive impact, collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to create an enriching, supportive environment for all students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid and current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience performing assessments and evaluations in K-12 educational settings
• Strong understanding of special education processes, IEP development, and behavioral interventions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel within the district as needed
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and functional behavior assessments
• Evaluate students cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement interventions
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing informed recommendations
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Provide crisis support, prevention, and consultation to staff and families
