Qualifications:
- Active and valid MN School Psychologist license (required)
- Previous experience with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Current knowledge of IEP process and best practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions for K-8 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to promote student success
- Assist with crisis intervention and student safety planning
- Manage a caseload of 25-35 elementary and 20-30 middle schoolers
