Qualifications:

  • Active and valid MN School Psychologist license (required)
  • Previous experience with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Current knowledge of IEP process and best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and behavioral interventions for K-8 students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to promote student success
  • Assist with crisis intervention and student safety planning
  • Manage a caseload of 25-35 elementary and 20-30 middle schoolers
