Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Active Minnesota (MN) School Psychologist license
  • Knowledge of psychological and academic assessments for K-12 students
  • Strong ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds, providing critical support for academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous experience within school settings is a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students in elementary, middle, and high school
  • Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans in partnership with teachers, families, and administrators
  • Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Lead and participate in student support team meetings, providing expertise on psychological and behavioral interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and program effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local special education regulations and best practices
  • Promote a positive school climate through consultation and advocacy
