Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field (required)
• Current Minnesota school psychologist licensure (required)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans to support academic, social, and emotional growth
• Participate in IEP, 504, and other student support meetings, contributing expertise on learning and behavioral strategies
• Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to address educational and behavioral challenges
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school, district, and state requirements
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment through advocacy and guidance
