Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field required.
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure.
• Familiarity supporting students at elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Strong understanding of psycho-educational assessments, behavior intervention plans, and individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of educational settings and student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to support student learning and behavioral success.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Provide individual and group counseling to assist students in managing social, emotional, or academic challenges.
• Consult and collaborate with educators and parents to develop strategies promoting positive student outcomes.
• Implement crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district policies.
