Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's degree in School Psychology (required)
- Active Minnesota school psychologist license
- Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in a school setting
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and crisis-response abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services
- Consult with teachers, staff, families, and administrators to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students social-emotional and behavioral growth
- Facilitate positive behavior supports and crisis intervention when necessary
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to create and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support district-wide mental health initiatives, prevention programs, and staff professional development
- Maintain thorough, confidential records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
