A contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support student mental health and academic success in a vibrant educational setting in Saint Paul, MN. This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to fostering positive school environments through evidence-based psychological services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs related to learning, behavior, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support students social-emotional development.
- Use data-driven approaches to monitor student progress and adjust supports accordingly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and maintain thorough, confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and behavioral intervention techniques.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educational teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and work independently within contract terms.
