Make a real impact supporting K-12 students well-being and academic success in a diverse, urban educational setting near Saint Paul, MN. Were seeking a skilled School Psychologist ready to step into a contract role, with one full-time (37.5 hours/week) and two part-time opportunities (25-26 hours/week, or approximately 18 hours/week). While specific school locations are currently pending confirmation, these positions focus on providing services to students from kindergarten through twelfth gradenot early childhood. Typical hours are 8 am to 4 pm.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Active Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive service delivery
• In-depth expertise in evidence-based assessment, intervention, mental health supports
• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in MTSS consultation, problem-solving, and intervention support
• Strong leadership, facilitation skills, and ability to influence/support adult learners
• Knowledgeable in crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health postvention
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities across diverse groups
• Strong background in federal and Minnesota special education law and compliance
• Experience in urban, multicultural educational environments preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services for K-12 populations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Offer mental health and behavioral supports, including crisis intervention if needed
• Support teams within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework
• Engage staff, students, and families in culturally responsive problem-solving
