Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Masters or specialist-level degree in school psychology or related field
- Familiarity with educational and behavioral assessment tools
- Ability to create and implement effective interventions
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop support plans
- Lead or participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling when necessary
- Deliver recommendations for instructional strategies and behavioral management
- Collect and interpret data to drive student-centered decisions
