Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Current state license or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and behavioral observations in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development, IDEA, and Section 504 compliance
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, student-centered approach with a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students learning strengths and needs
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services when needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop effective interventions and strategies
• Assist in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in RTI/MTSS processes and support data-driven decision-making
• Promote social, emotional, and academic well-being of all students within the school community
