We are partnering with a supportive school district in the Detroit, Michigan area that is seeking a dedicated and collaborative professional for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data to determine student eligibility and educational needs.
Prepare detailed evaluation reports and participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to develop effective academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
Provide consultation regarding behavioral supports, MTSS, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
Monitor student progress and utilize data to guide recommendations and services.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff to support a healthy and productive learning environment.
Qualifications
Valid Michigan School Psychologist credential/certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Master's, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive reports.
Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Previous school-based experience is preferred.
