Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological assessments and interpret results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Support crisis intervention and behavioral management initiatives
- Advise educators and families regarding student needs and resources
