Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in School Psychology (required)
• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Collaborative approach with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide intervention planning
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students as needed
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support safe, positive school climates
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to identify strategies for student learning and mental health needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner
