Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure for School Psychology
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavior intervention plans, and counseling services within K-12 settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Familiarity with special education law and individualized education program (IEP) process

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and areas for support
• Interpret assessment results and effectively communicate findings to staff and families
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for students
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute insights and recommendations
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
