Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters, Education Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience with assessments, counseling, and intervention planning for students
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in a diverse educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Consult with educational staff on best practices to address learning and behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate records and ensure thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
