Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in K12 school settings is preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to adapt evaluation tools and interventions to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure appropriate support for students' academic and emotional needs
• Assist in the development and application of behavioral and academic interventions
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and manage required documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in student support meetings and contribute expertise to enhance educational outcomes
