Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of psychological assessments, behavioral interventions, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies and behavioral plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to create and review IEPs
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to maximize student success
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling as needed
