Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Active NV school psychologist license
  • Experience working with students from elementary through high school preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities
  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring interventions
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for academic, emotional, or behavioral support
  • Provide individual and group counseling for students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design effective interventions and support plans
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed within the school community
  • Assist with school-wide initiatives that promote positive behavior and emotional wellness
