Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience in comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Strong consultation and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological and academic assessments for students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on eligibility determinations and interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Participate in the development and monitoring of IEPs and educational plans
- Advise educators and parents about behavioral and mental health support strategies
- Support positive school-wide behavioral initiatives
- Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in school psychology
