Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with evaluations, assessments, and developing IEPs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
• Familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies and current best practices
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services when needed
• Provide consultative support and training to teachers and staff regarding strategies for diverse learners
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in MTSS/RTI teams to support comprehensive student services
