Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in school settings, preferably K-12
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
• Ability to create and implement effective intervention plans
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Participate in the development of IEPs and 504 plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional issues
• Offer consultative support and intervention strategies for teachers and families
• Serve as an advocate for students well-being and learning needs
• Deliver crisis response and intervention as needed
• Maintain confidential and accurate records in accordance with best practices and legal requirements
