Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required
  • Valid Kentucky School Psychologist license
  • Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to conduct psychological assessments, interpret data, and develop intervention plans
  • Knowledge of special education processes, including IEP development

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate academic and behavioral interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Support students social-emotional growth through group or individual work
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
