Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid and current license or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility in Wisconsin)
• Background in assessment, intervention planning, and direct student support
• Proficient in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and developing IEPs/504 Plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to interpret data and guide interventions
• Offer individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs and student support plans
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives and crisis prevention/intervention efforts
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff and parents on mental health and learning challenges
