Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Graduate degree (EdS, MA, MS, PhD, or PsyD) in School Psychology or closely related field.
  • Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and developing IEPs.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret assessment data and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students to determine eligibility for special education services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student intervention plans.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expert input for individualized programming and supports.
  • Provide counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis management for students as needed.
  • Assist with the development of positive behavioral supports and strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Maintain assessment records, documentation, and confidential reports in compliance with district and state requirements.

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
