Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of K-12 academic, emotional, and social development
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to provide direct and consultative psychological services onsite

Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret assessments for students to identify cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement evidence-based interventions
• Develop, review, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute valuable insights about student needs and progress
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and short-term support as needed
• Maintain clear, compliant records and support students from diverse backgrounds
