This contract opportunity, near Providence, RI, offers both part-time and full-time options, following the school calendar from August 26, 2026 through June 15, 2027.

Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in school psychology and a commitment to working onsite in a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active, valid state licensure as a school psychologist (must meet all state requirements)
  • Proven track record working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with conducting assessments, developing interventions, and collaborating on IEP teams
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and needs at different school sites
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in-person only

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions to students
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote students well-being
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records
  • Address a dynamic caseload, with details discussed during the interview process

This contract position accommodates both part-time and full-time schedules, and youll work within an engaged district team dedicated to student support.
