Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or related field)
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable recommendations
• Excellent skills in collaboration, consultation, and communication with students, staff, and families
• Proven experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions
• A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning
• Develop and interpret Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families regarding interventions, accommodations, and classroom strategies
• Deliver counseling and guidance services to students individually or in groups
• Participate actively in Response to Intervention (RTI) processes and data-driven decision making
• Contribute to crisis intervention, prevention programs, and mental health awareness initiatives on campus
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, adhering to all district and state regulations
