Desired Experience and Skills:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychoeducational evaluations, cognitive and behavioral assessments
- Proficiency in developing and implementing intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with faculty, parents, and students
- Compassionate approach and commitment to student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Interpret test results and develop recommendations for IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and parents regarding student needs
- Collaboratively design and support interventions geared toward social, emotional, and academic growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary and eligibility team meetings
- Maintain accurate records and uphold all confidentiality laws and ethical standards
