Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Previous experience working within school settings, ideally across multiple grade levels
• Strong knowledge of evaluation methods, assessments, and best practices in psychological services for students
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrative staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Competence in developing and implementing intervention strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer student assessments to identify educational or behavioral needs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop and review IEPs
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success
• Assist in designing and implementing plans to improve school climate and address student behavior concerns
• Maintain detailed records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Support school initiatives related to safe and supportive learning environments
