Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a school psychologist
  • Masters or specialist-level degree in school psychology, counseling, or closely related field
  • Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Solid understanding of special education laws, response-to-intervention, and multi-tiered systems of support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to assess learning, emotional, or behavioral needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students through counseling, skill-building, and crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to promote positive behavioral supports and inclusive practices
  • Deliver professional development and guidance on academic, behavioral, and mental health issues
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
