What Youll Bring:
- Valid Florida Department of Health (DOH) License in School Psychology (required)
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience working within school settings (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct formal psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results for students Pre-K through 12th grade
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs in collaboration with educational teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of Individualized Education Programs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to recommend effective classroom and behavioral management techniques
- Deliver crisis intervention as needed and provide consultation regarding mental health concerns
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in alignment with state and federal guidelines
