What Youll Bring:

• Valid Florida Department of Health (DOH) License in School Psychology (required)
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working within school settings (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results for students Pre-K through 12th grade
• Provide individual and group counseling to address students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs in collaboration with educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of Individualized Education Programs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to recommend effective classroom and behavioral management techniques
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed and provide consultation regarding mental health concerns
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in alignment with state and federal guidelines
