Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within K-12 settings, preferably across multiple age groups
- Familiarity with assessments, counseling, intervention planning, and IEP/504 processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive student outcomes
- Consult with school staff regarding academic and behavioral support plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Support overall school climate and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment
