Job Description

A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2025-2026 academic year, serving a K-12 caseload in Plymouth, Michigan. This opportunity involves travel and is ideal for licensed Michigan School Psychologists seeking a dedicated role within an educational setting. Immediate interviews are being scheduled to fill this 37.5-hour per week position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across grades K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and support to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation complying with district and state guidelines
  • Conduct crisis intervention and provide consultation on behavioral and mental health issues within the school environment

Qualifications:

  • Current Michigan State license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with school staff and families
  • Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain detailed records
  • Adaptability to travel requirements associated with the role
