Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certificate required
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Adaptability to work with students across various grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological evaluations and consultative services to students from elementary through high school
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement interventions that support emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and guide the development of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Support crisis intervention and offer guidance for student wellness initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and assessments
