Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid and current certification or licensure as required by the state
• Proven experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to create a positive, supportive rapport with students, parents, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to guide eligibility and intervention planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized programs
• Deliver direct and consultative psychological services, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Facilitate individual and group interventions targeting academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional needs
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to support students well-being and learning goals
• Participate in IEP and 504 plan development, reviews, and meetings
• Use data-informed decision making and adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards
