Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois School Psychologist License (required)
- PEL (Professional Educator License) in School Psychology
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students at all grade levels
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct and consultative psychological services to students, families, and staff
- Offering crisis intervention and supporting the social-emotional well-being of students
- Participating in Response to Intervention (RtI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
- Facilitating training and workshops for school teams as needed
This onsite role is structured at 36.25 hours per week, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships within the school community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
