Youll be responsible for a diverse caseload of approximately 4050 students, providing crucial psychological services that include assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families. Youll engage with a dedicated team committed to student success, gaining exposure to both elementary and high school environments.
To thrive in this role, please bring:
- Current licensure as a School Psychologist through the State Board
- Experience working with elementary and/or high school-age students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and demonstrate flexibility across grade levels
- Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, administrators, and families
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop evaluation reports to guide student support plans
- Provide direct counseling and intervention for students emotional, behavioral, and learning needs
- Consult with staff and families, offering expertise on academic and behavioral challenges
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help design effective interventions and accommodations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
