Qualifications:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience or training working in K-12 educational environments
- Strong skills in psychoeducational assessment and data interpretation
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
- Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and help determine eligibility for special education services
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Develop and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
- Deliver counseling, crisis support, and behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports
- Engage in school-wide initiatives that promote positive mental health
