A full-time position is available for a certified School Psychologist to support an elementary school setting serving grades K-5 in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract role requires an active Pennsylvania license as a school psychologist and offers the opportunity to work with an elementary school caseload. Prior experience working in Pennsylvania schools is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with state regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and psychological assessments for students within grades K-5.
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and related team discussions.
• Serve as a case manager for assigned students, coordinating services and communicating with families and school staff.
• Provide consultations and support to teachers and administrators to promote student success.
• Collaborate with school staff to address student behavioral and emotional needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania school psychologist license is mandatory.
• Experience working in Pennsylvania schools is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage an elementary school caseload effectively.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
