Required Skills & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania license as a School Psychologist
- Certification specific to school psychology
- Experience working in Pennsylvania schools is a strong advantage
- Familiarity and comfort working with elementary-age children (grades K-5)
- Strong understanding of the IEP process and case management for special education
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial student evaluations to identify individual academic, emotional, and developmental needs
- Serve as a case manager for students, coordinating support and resources
- Participate as an active member in team meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster a supportive educational environment
- Maintain comprehensive, organized records to ensure compliance with all regulations and school policies
