Job Description

Step into an impactful school-based role delivering psychological services to elementary and middle school students. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students learning, development, and well-being in a dynamic environment. Working onsite, you will manage a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students at the elementary and middle school levels, collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia license as a School Psychologist
  • Expertise in school psychology practices and assessments
  • Experience working with diverse student populations, ideally at elementary and/or middle school levels
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond to a variety of student needs in a school setting

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students academic and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and families
  • Provide consultation and support to staff regarding student behavior and learning concerns
  • Deliver direct and indirect services to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with state and federal guidelines
