Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a school team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development while collaborating closely with educators, families, and other school professionals.

Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Administer, score, and interpret appropriate psychological and educational assessments
- Prepare evaluation reports and communicate assessment results to families and school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers
- Provide consultation regarding students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Assist with developing appropriate interventions and recommendations based on evaluation results
- Monitor student progress and help identify strategies to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Support a positive and inclusive school environment
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification/credential
- Experience conducting school-based evaluations and re-evaluations preferred
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of special education eligibility and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
