Qualifications:

• Hold a Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current and valid Arizona School Psychologist license
• Possess a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse populations
• Ability to implement a range of assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Knowledgeable about state educational guidelines and best practices for student support services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpret results, and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Offer consultation and counseling to students, teachers, and parents
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and RTI/MTSS meetings
• Advocate for students mental health and academic progress
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed and provide staff training on behavioral and academic supports
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
