Key Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona School Psychologist license
  • Experience conducting assessments and evaluations, preferably at the elementary level
  • Solid understanding of best practices in psychoeducational and behavioral assessment
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with educators and families
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 evaluations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments for elementary-aged students in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Interpret data and share actionable findings with school teams and families
  • Participate in eligibility and individualized education program (IEP) meetings
  • Provide consultative services and recommendations to teachers and staff
  • Contribute insight and expertise to support student social, emotional, and academic well-being
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to confidentiality protocols
