Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona School Psychologist license
- Experience conducting assessments and evaluations, preferably at the elementary level
- Solid understanding of best practices in psychoeducational and behavioral assessment
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with educators and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 evaluations
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for elementary-aged students in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Interpret data and share actionable findings with school teams and families
- Participate in eligibility and individualized education program (IEP) meetings
- Provide consultative services and recommendations to teachers and staff
- Contribute insight and expertise to support student social, emotional, and academic well-being
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to confidentiality protocols
