A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves providing in-person psychological assessments and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to support student development and learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a flexible K-12 caseload, adapting to changes as student needs evolve across multiple school locations
- Conduct comprehensive in-person psychological assessments to evaluate student needs
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing psychological insights and recommendations
- Travel between school sites as required to support students across different locations
Qualifications:
- Degree in School Psychology or related field
- Eligibility for or possession of relevant licensure or certification in school psychology
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently and adapt to changing demands
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse educational teams
