Job Description

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a school psychologist, serving students at the middle school level in a vibrant community near Philadelphia, PA. Youll play a critical role in supporting student success through evaluations, assessments, and collaborative teamwork while making a meaningful impact every day.

In this onsite-only role, youll work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 4PM (35 hours weekly). The position is ideal for professionals who thrive in urban settings and can handle occasional OOD evaluations and assessment overflow. The district values consistencyfive full days in person are required, with no schedule accommodations. There is flexibility to consider part-time candidates who can meet onsite needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania certification/licensure for school psychologists
  • Prior experience in schools, especially within urban districts
  • Comfortable working onsite in a diverse, urban environment
  • Proficient conducting comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Available for the scheduled onsite work hours (8:30AM-4PM)
  • Confidence managing OOD and overflow cases as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality psychological services to middle school students
  • Complete student evaluations and assessments thoughtfully and efficiently
  • Collaborate with school teams to develop intervention and support plans
  • Participate in educational and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance with school policies

This contract runs until June 10, 2027, providing a stable, long-term assignment where you can make a lasting difference. All interviews will be conducted via Zoom for your convenience.
