Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and writing clear reports
• Strong ability to facilitate counseling and group/individual interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, caregivers, and staff
• Familiarity with special education laws, compliance requirements, and MTSS/RTI frameworks

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify student strengths and challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative counseling services to students
• Advise and support teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and evidence-based strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting to meet district and legal standards
• Promote positive behavioral supports and help foster an inclusive, supportive school climate
