Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Strong understanding of behavioral and academic interventions
• Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, interpret data, and share findings clearly
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments for referred students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student wellbeing
• Participate in problem-solving teams and response-to-intervention processes
• Assist in the development of positive behavioral support plans
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance in reporting
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
