Seeking an experienced school psychologist for a contract position serving high school students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. This role supports a dynamic learning environment in a high school setting near Peoria, IL, engaging with students, staff, and families to promote academic and social-emotional well-being for the remainder of the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement required
• Previous experience in Illinois schools strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a high school caseload and provide school psychology services
• Experience or willingness to provide individual or small group counseling as needed
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish considered a plus
• Familiarity with high school systems and multitasking across grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide psychoeducational evaluations for students in 10th through 12th grades
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and consultation to teachers, staff, and families
• Support the development, implementation, and progress monitoring of IEPs for students
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as an active member of multidisciplinary teams
• Provide counseling services to students, addressing behavioral or emotional concerns as assigned
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
