• Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to foster optimal learning environments
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student development and emotional wellness
• Participate in intervention and crisis response as needed, contributing to a positive school culture
