Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience or training working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices in assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Ability to support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across grades K-12 with mild to moderate disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote educational and social-emotional success
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students needs and advocate for appropriate services
- Participate in eligibility determination, IEP/504 meetings, and development of individualized plans
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed to students and school staff
- Provide consultation and resources to educators to foster a positive and inclusive school culture
