Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments for students
• Strong ability to interpret assessment data and develop reports
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in providing counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
• Excellent communication abilities and cultural sensitivity when working with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a variety of cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide direct counseling services to students as needed, individually and in groups
• Serve as a resource on mental health issues, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
• Offer recommendations for instructional strategies and classroom accommodations
• Document findings, maintain records, and comply with state and federal regulations
