Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments for students
- Strong ability to interpret assessment data and develop reports
- Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in providing counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
- Excellent communication abilities and cultural sensitivity when working with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
- Provide direct counseling services to students as needed, individually and in groups
- Serve as a resource on mental health issues, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
- Offer recommendations for instructional strategies and classroom accommodations
- Document findings, maintain records, and comply with state and federal regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
