This full-time, onsite contract opportunity allows you to focus your expertise on making a positive impactwhile not being solely responsible for all five schools in the district. Youll work alongside another skilled school psychologist, sharing responsibilities and ensuring students receive the care and guidance they need.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland School Psychologist licensure
- Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience with IEP and SST meetings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with psychoeducational assessments and counseling within school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students in need of psychological services
- Participate in IEP and Student Support Team meetings, providing relevant expertise
- Deliver counseling or consultative services as needed, contributing to student well-being
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and communicate findings with teams and families
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes
